This was an overcast day so I set my ISO a little high at 400. I feel like it could have been set at 200. The shutter speed is really fast but that was nice for me because I was able to capture Michaela before she moved. In post production I high lighted Michaela because her jacket was very dark.

I am obsessed with sun burst. I was able to get a very nice one at the train station of all places. It was a very sunny day so I decided an ISO of 100 would be good enough and anything higher would blow out the light. In post production I changed the saturation and hue of the red so I could make it stick out more on the train.

Even though Bailey is cut in half I really like this picture. I mean look at that smile. I was also able to capture the sun burst that same way I did in the picture above.

I shot this at a low ISO and a slow shutter speed on the bus ride home from a day trip. I wanted to capture the blur of the car lights so I used a slow shutter speed. I was also able to get a nice effect this way for the rain coming down the window.

This was shot on a cloudy rainy day in Venice so I used a high ISO for more light. The shutter speed is fast so I can capture the boat, people, and water in action. I also edited this in lightroom to be in black and white.

This was a dark rainy day on my way home for Italy. I really liked how the red light stood out on the plane so in post production I pulled down the the saturation of all other colors except for red. I shot at a high ISO because of how dark it was out side and a slow shutter speed to let in more light.

I really like this picture because I was traveling back to the states alone and this guy was sitting all by himself so it made me think of me traveling all by myself. I pulled down all the colors except for the blue and aqua in post editing. I used a high ISO and probably could have used a lower one like 200-400 but I really like the way the picture turned out after editing it.

This picture was shot before I knew what I was doing so the ISO is was to high and should have been shot at 100-200. This is why the shutter speed is is so fast the camera is trying to compensate for the really high ISO.

ISO is high and shutter speed is slow to let in light while keeping detail in the the picture and not letting things be to dark or blown out. This allows for the streets and the sky to have that glow to them.

The ISO is 200 and it could have been 100. I think 200 works well especially because the shutter speed is fast so the picture is not blown out.

The ISO is low even though this is shot at sunset but the shutter speed it slow so it lets in more light. In post production I high lighted the white church in the background to make it stand out more.

This was shot sometime after sunset so it is getting dark outside. This is why the ISO is higher and the shutter speed is low. This allowed for the Duomo to be light in the picture and all of the detail that is captured.

This was shot on a sunny day as you can tell by the sun burst. The ISO is low because of the sun and the shutter speed is very fast so that not to much light is let in. In post production I added some gradients to the sky to make the clouds stand out.

This was shot on an overcast day so I decided to use a higher ISO of 400 but I think I could have gone with 200 because the shutter speed it so fast. Still I was able to capture the detail in this beautiful church.

My shutter speed is way to low for hand holding but the picture is still in good focus. I would have changed the shutter speed to 1/30 sec. I think the ISO and aperture are good because the picture was taken in a cafe with lower light. The av works because I wanted to focus on the coffee.

This picture was taken in a dimly lit restaurant so this is why I choose a high ISO. I would have changed the shutter speed to be higher (1/30). The picture is still in good focus even though the the shutter speed is slow.

I could have used a lower ISO but with a high ISO I was able to see the detailing the statue and have the outside white out. This makes the statue the main subject of the photo. I didn't need a slow shutter speed because there was a lot of light so this is why there is a fast shutter speed.

I definitely did not know what I was doing yet. The ISO is far to high. I could have shot this at 400 because it was taken outside on a cloudy day. My camera was ready to go inside to a very dark church. I really like this picture though. Who doesn't need a good selfie. The fast shutter speed is good because it catches my hair while its in motion and you can still see the detail.

Again the ISO is to high. This shot was taken in the vatican. It was very dark in some places and my camera was still set to those setting when I took this. If I knew more about photography at this point I would have shot it at about 400. I still really like this picture and with post production I think I was able to make it a nice shot even with the high ISO.

I shot this picture at high ISO because it was taken on a dark train so I wanted to let in more light in order to get more details of Chris. I shot at a high shutter priority to try and get more detail of the landscape zooming by instead of it just being a blur.

So I may have been creeping on this grandpa with his granddaughter but how adorable is this picture. I used a high ISO and a lower shutter speed because this picture was taken at night and I wanted to get as much light on them as I could. This allows for you to see there faces and the details.

There was a lot of light coming into this shot because of the window behind her. I chose to use a low ISO to compensate for the light coming in and a slow shutter speed because of the low ISO. The balance between the two allows for nice detail and shading to happen across the statue.

I was shooting at an ISO of 400 because it was a cloudy day. My shutter speed is fast because I wanted to catch some detail in the waves breaking up over the street. I was shooting in Tv so the camera chose the aperture.

I really like this picture and even the rain dots that are on my lens. It was a quick shot I took while I was trying to capture waves that is why the shutter speed is so low. It was a very rainy day and cloudy so I shot at ISO 400 and shutter speed 1/30 to get in as much light as possible while keeping things in focus and detail. The camera chose the aperture because I was shutter priority.

I shot this picture at IsO 200 and shutter speed 1/60 to get a bright enough shot of Dave walking through the water and the blur of him splashing the water.
